Agency recognized for earned media campaign for semiconductor IP leader Ceva and social media program for Kempinski Grace Bay Residences & Resort

Charleston, SC – Wired Island International, a boutique PR and communications agency, has earned two 2026 dotCOMM Awards for client campaigns spanning earned media and social media: a Platinum Award for its work with semiconductor IP leader Ceva and a Gold Award for its Instagram program for Kempinski Grace Bay Residences & Resort.

The two awards recognize distinctly different communications challenges and highlight Wired Island’s ability to develop integrated strategies that connect clients with the audiences that matter to their businesses.

For Ceva, Wired Island received a Platinum Award for an earned media campaign surrounding the launch of Ceva’s PentaG-NTN™ a 5G-Advanced modem IP platform designed for satellite and terrestrial networks. Wired Island used the announcement to expand Ceva’s visibility beyond its traditional semiconductor audience, connecting the technology to the broader convergence of satellite and terrestrial communications and targeting media across satellite, telecom, IoT, embedded technology and business sectors.

The campaign generated coverage across new media categories for Ceva and created additional opportunities for executive visibility, contributed content and industry engagement.

For Kempinski Grace Bay Residences & Resort, Wired Island received a Gold Award for developing and managing an Instagram presence designed to build awareness and engagement for the luxury Turks and Caicos development well ahead of its opening. With the property still under development, the program focused on creating an aspirational sense of place through editorial-style visual storytelling centered on the Kempinski brand, Grace Bay destination and future resort experience.

“While these two clients and audiences couldn’t be more different, the communications challenge is fundamentally the same: find the story that will resonate and tell it in the places where it can have the greatest impact,” said Toni Sottak, Principal at Wired Island. “We’re especially proud that these awards recognize two different sides of our work — earned media and social storytelling — and the strategic thinking and execution behind both.”

The dotCOMM Awards are an international competition honoring excellence in web creativity and digital communication. The competition is administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.

The 2026 recognition follows Wired Island’s 2025 dotCOMM Platinum Award for its LinkedIn program for Synaptics.
