Wired Island Wins Platinum Hermes Creative Award for Kempinski Grace Bay Brand Video

Charleston, SC – Wired Island International has received a Platinum Hermes Creative Award — the competition’s highest level of recognition — for a brand video we created to support the groundbreaking of Kempinski Grace Bay, a new luxury resort and residences development in Turks and Caicos scheduled to open in 2028.

The award-winning video was created to capture both the legacy of Kempinski Hotels and the distinctive beauty and character of the Turks and Caicos Islands to bring the project’s vision to life. The video has also been featured in the Hermes Creative Awards Winners’ Gallery, highlighting standout creative projects from this year’s competition.

Administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), the Hermes Creative Awards is one of the world’s largest and longest-running international competitions honoring excellence in creative and marketing communications. The program receives more than 6,000 entries annually from agencies, brands, production firms, and creative professionals worldwide.

“We’re proud to receive this recognition for such a nuanced project. The video had to do more than just showcase a new luxury property. It had to convey the emotion, experience, and legacy behind the Kempinski brand,” said Toni Sottak, co-founder of Wired Island International. “It’s a strong example of how thoughtful storytelling can create meaningful engagement across industries and audiences.”

The video helped position Kempinski Grace Bay as a landmark luxury development while reinforcing the global prestige associated with Kempinski Hotels through a combination of scripted narrative and curated visuals.
